She has owned ASD Fitness for 10 years, dedicated to helping others find their own standard of resilience through experience, not aesthetics.
Rebuilding her own body while living with lupus, her approach is necessarily holistic. Andrea integrates intelligent strength programming with anti-inflammatory nutrition habits and nervous system awareness, ensuring that your training builds you up rather than burning you out.

Skylar has been part of ASD Fit for over 6 years and has spent the past year apprenticing under the ASD system. She studies with intention every week, building the hours and knowledge needed to earn her NASM certification. Coaching isn’t just something she does—it’s her calling, rooted in a genuine passion for helping and caring for others.
Coach Brandon is a Montgomery native, fitness model, athletic coach, mentor, and educator with over 15 years of experience in competitive fitness. he's certified in Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Kickboxing, and passionate about helping others build strength, discipline, and balance—both physically and mentally. Alongside coaching, he also work as a fitness model and journalist, using his platform to educate, inspire, and lead through movement and purpose.
