I am 28 years in the gym. Marathons. Obstacle course races. Bodybuilding. Powerlifting. Yoga. Kickboxing. Spartan training.

I don’t believe in extremes. I believe in longevity. I believe in muscle. I believe in mobility. I believe in conditioning. I believe in recovery. I believe in holistic health.

I train for life.

From disabled to athlete. From beginner to elite. From broken to rebuilt.

This is strength that lasts.

I’ve been over 200 pounds. I’ve rebuilt my body. I live with lupus.

I am 46. Still here. Still strong. ASD Fitness was built on experience  not trends.

ASD Fitness isn’t about chasing a body. It’s about building one that carries you — through illness, aging, setbacks, competition, and life.

Andrea has spent 28 years in the gym — not chasing trends, but building real strength. Her extensive background spans marathon training, obstacle racing, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. She has owned ASD Fitness for 10 years, dedicated to helping others find their own standard of resilience.

She has lived the other side of strength. After being over 200 pounds and rebuilding her body through discipline while living with lupus, her approach is necessarily holistic. Andrea integrates intelligent strength programming with nutrition, mobility, and nervous system awareness.
